Grilled Swordfish
Ingredients 1 TBSP Lime Juice 2 Cloves Garilic, Minced 4 Swordfish Steaks 1/2 TSP Chili Powder/Black Pepper
Directions: Combine lime juice & garlic on a plate. Dip swordfish in juice, sprinkle both sides with chili powder. Heat grill to medium high. Grill fish covered 2-3 minutes on each side or until just opaque in the center and still moist. Top each serving with pineapple salse if desired. |
