Now that we know the price range of homes you can purchase, we’re ready to begin the looking process.

I will go over the role of Buyer’s Agent and Limited Duel Agent and the representation it entails.

You will guide me with the criteria & features you would like to have. Some of these will include:

- Location
- Style of Home
- Number of Bedrooms and Baths
- Garage, Basement and other amenities you may want.

We will do a search, and find all the homes that you would like to see. We will also be looking at new homes that builders cooperate with Realtors. It’s important that I be with you on your first visit to these homes.

We’re off to looking for your new home! You will know what you like and don’t like immediately. Your comments will help to guide me in finding that one home that is meant for you.
